Secrets Resale Boutique reserves the right to reject and cancel orders deemed as high-risk transactions by our credit card processors to prevent charge-back disputes.



All sales at Secrets Resale Boutique are final unless we have made an error in the listing. We provide accurate measurements, photographs, descriptions, and note any flaws found in curating our new and pre-loved merchandise. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and processed before listing. Please note, that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device used to access this website and configuration settings. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an item, please fill out the contact us link before making a purchase.



Items listed on our website are also available for purchase in our brick-and-mortar store. If an item sells in our store before we are notified of your online purchase, we will cancel your order as quickly as possible and notify you that the item is no longer available.



Continental USA orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage at a flat rate of $9.95 regardless of package weight. Non-continental USA (Hawaii) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $25.00 regardless of package weight. We currently do not ship products internationally. All orders will be processed within 48 business hours, unless we provide notice that shipments will be delayed. A tracking number will be provided to you after the shipping label is purchased by us. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages once your order has been delivered to and accepted by the carrier.
